DAY 1 ARRIVAL IN MUSCAT CITY

A leisurely morning exploring the cultural heart of Muscat - from the soaring Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque to the Royal Opera House and the labyrinthine Mattrah souq.

DAY 2 MUSCAT CITY - DAYMANIYAT ISLANDS - NIZWA
Start the day with a private boat trip to the Daymaniyat Islands marine reserve, snorkelling among turtles and coral gardens. In the afternoon, drive inland to Nizwa, Oman's ancient interior capital, to visit the imposing 17th-century fort and browse the vibrant traditional market before settling in for the night.

DAY 3 NIZWA - JABAL SHAMS - NIZWA

DAY 4 NIZWA - JABAL AKHTAR

DAY 5 JABAL AKHTAR - SHARQIYA SANDS

DAY 6 SHARQIYA SANDS - WADI SHAB - MUSCAT CITY
