Transportation Terms & Conditions:

Seaplane:

+ Direct journey is approximately 45 minutes each way. One stopover may occur; guests will be advised prior to take-off.

+ Access to the Niyama Lounge with complimentary non-alcoholic beverages & snacks (6:30am–8:30pm).

+ Excess baggage chargeable at USD 5.80 per kg, payable directly to the airline at the airport.

+ Seaplane transfers available during daylight hours only. Guests arriving at Malé airport after 3:15pm will be advised to book a domestic flight or arrange overnight accommodation, with transfer to the resort the following morning.

Domestic Flight:

+ Journey is approximately 30 minutes each way, plus 5 minutes by speedboat.

+ Price includes complimentary return speedboat transfer between Dhaalu Domestic Airport and the resort.

+ Excess baggage chargeable at USD 5.60 per kg, payable directly to the airline at the airport.

General Information:

+ International flight details must be provided 5 days prior to arrival for High, Low & Shoulder Season; 30 days prior for Peak Season.

+ Departing guests are transferred to the airport at least 3 hours prior to scheduled international flight departure; last seaplane departs the island at 3:00pm.

+ Domestic and seaplane transfers are managed by a third-party company and are subject to availability; may be cancelled due to weather or operational reasons, in which case the guest will be rebooked on the next best available flight.

+ Domestic flight schedules are communicated a week prior to arrival; seaplane schedules are communicated the day prior to arrival/departure.

+ Niyama Private Islands Maldives is not accountable for delays or cancellations caused by the local domestic flight carrier or seaplane operator.

+ 100% fees apply in case of no-show or cancellation.
