Great Ocean Road Day Tour

We will pick you up from selected Melbourne CBD Hotels. 

Pick-up Locations: The Hotel Windsor, Ibis Melbourne Hotel & Apartments, The Victoria Hotel, Atlantis Hotel, The Great Southern Hotel Melbourne, Rendezvous Hotel Melbourne

Itinerary

• Pick up approx 6.40am and return approx 8pm from selected Melbourne hotels in airconditioned comfort with audio in several languages
• Visit Torquay Beach
• Enjoy a complimentary morning tea.
• Stop for a selfie at the world famous Great Ocean Road sign.
• A guided tour of koalas and parrots in their natural habitat.
• Wander the township of Apollo Bay where you can take a swim and or purchase your lunch (own expense).
• Take a guided forest walk and see some of the worlds tallest trees.
• See the 12 Apostles limestone formations from beach level at The Gibson Steps.
• Enjoy the spectacular 12 Apostles lookout. This world famous iconic lookout.
• Roam down to the Loch Ard Gorge beach and see the glorious rock formations and scenery.
• A return stop off at Colac where you can purchase some dinner from a choice of many cafes and restaurants (own expense).

What to Know Before You Go

• Lunch and dinner are at own expense. All other listed stops are included.
• Please bring your own water, we encourage the use of reusable bottles. Water is also available for purchase on the tour.
• Our weather can change rapidly so please check forecasts prior to coming on tour. Bring an umbrella if rain is forecast, a jacket as backup, and flat sealed shoes. For our Great Ocean Road tours, its recommended to bring along swimming gear 
• A small day pack is all that is permitted on the bus due to space constraints. Please bring your own headphones to listen to the audio via your device.
• All tours return in time before public transport stops. During peak periods a larger vehicle may be used
