• Room Service or In-Villa Dining is not covered in any meal plan and is chargeable for all guests, including children and infants.
• One meal plan must be selected per stay. All guests in one villa must be on the same meal plan.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Split Stay Policy: The resort can swap stay patterns based on availability and operational priorities. E.g.: If a guest books Beach Villa and Water Villa during the stay, the resort can decide which room category to provide for the first stay period.
• Transfers will be arranged as per available operational flights by the 3rd party airline service providers for the travel period. Resort only assists with seat booking and does not have any control on the schedule/timings.
• Complimentary Recreation / Wellness Activities are subject to weather conditions. These benefits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for cash.

Children Free Stay Policy:

• A maximum of 2 children under 12 years (till 11.99) stay for free when sharing the same bedroom with their parents or 2 adults. 

Up to two (2) extra beds are provided on a complimentary basis with the following bed set-up:

- 1BR Beach Categories: 1 Single Bed for 1st child + Sofa Bed converted into night bed for 2nd child.

- 1BR Waterfront Pool Villa: 1 Single Bed for 1st child + Normal Sofa for 2nd child

- 1BR Overwater Poo Villa: 2 Single Beds for 2 children under 12 years (till 11.99)
