Day 1 - Sin → Taoyuan Airport → Hotel

Day 2 - Taipei → (Breakfast)

台北酒店接 / 接送至健檢中心 / 体检后，视时间安排继续市区观光或返回酒店休息 / 自費享用午餐 & 晚餐 / 酒店

Taipei hotel pick-up → Two ways transfer to health check-up center → After the check-up, depending on the timing, we will either continue the city tour or return to the hotel for a rest. (lunch and dinner at own expense) → Return to hotel.

Day 3 - Taipei (Breakfast)

台北 / 十分老街-祈福天燈 / 十分瀑布 / 九份老街 / 和平島公園 / 基隆廟口夜市

Taipei → Shifen Old Street (Sky Lantern Experience) → Shifen Waterfall → Jiufen Old Street → Heping Island Park → Keelung Miaokou Night Market

Day 4 - Taipei → Yilan (Breakfast)

台北 / 宜蘭 / 蘭陽動植物王國 / 國立傳統藝術中心 / 虎牌米粉那個年代觀光工廠 / 台北 / 夜市

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. This program is applicable to non–Taiwan nationals only (holders of Taiwan residence permits are not eligible). For scheduling purposes, participants must provide their national ID number of their country of citizenship, and on the examination day, participants must check in using their national identification document.
2. Registration Requirements: Registration must be completed at least 30 days prior to the scheduled health check-up date. Registration is considered successful only upon confirmation from the health check-up institution. To complete the reservation, overseas participants must provide a copy of their passport prior to travel for verification purposes.
3. Cancellation Policy: Once the health check-up date has been confirmed, the fee is non-refundable. In the event of special circumstances, a one-time rescheduling may be permitted.
4. Recommended Age: Recommended for ages 20–75; above 75, check-up need depends on individual health.

• Min 2 pax travelling together, subject to min group size to definite departure.
• Extension night & Peak date & weekend hotel surcharge TBA upon booking.
• Rates are subject to changes without prior notice.
• Itinerary and sequence of visit is subject to change due to local weather or any unforeseen conditions.
• In compliance with the government’s environmental protection policy, hotel will no longer provide single-use amenities (including combs, shower caps, toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, etc.) starting from January 1, 2025. We kindly remind you to bring your own personal items to help contribute to environmental sustainability.
• Please note that under Taiwan’s law, arriving passengers are not allowed to carry fresh fruits and any kinds of meat products into the territory, offenders will be subject to NT$300,000 up to NT$1,000,000 fine.
