长沙-郴州-长沙（高铁约1.5小时）（不含餐）

- 自行前往长沙高铁站

- 乘高铁前往郴州

- 接站后， 游览高椅岭景区，龙脊背，巨蜥湖观景台，悬空栈道，瞭望台俯瞰整个丹霞地貌

- 送站后，乘高铁前往长沙

- 自行返回市区酒店

Changsha - Chenzhou - Changsha (high speed train abt 1.5 hrs) (Meals not included)

- Make your own way to Changsha high speed Train Station

- Take the high speed train to Chenzhou

- After arriving at the station, visit the Gaoyiling Scenic Area, Longji Ridge, Giant Lizard Lake Viewing Platform, the Hanging Walkway, and the observation deck overlooking the entire Danxia landform

- After being dropped off, take the high speed train back to Changsha

- Make your own way back to the hotel
