Meal Plan Conditions

• Certain menu items may incur surcharges, and no compensation will be offered for non-consumed items.
• Menu and Outlet times may be changed without prior notice.
• Entitlements cannot be shared with non-residents or guests outside of the booking party. Any shared items will be charged accordingly.
• Booking Plan / Meal Plan will be applied for the full stay. One stay cannot be booked on multiple plans.
• Food and Beverage apply only to restaurant and bar consumption, takeaway orders will incur charges.
• Booking plans start at 02:00 PM on arrival day and are valid until 12:00 PM on departure day and any additional consumption outside of this window will be charged.
• Vista requires pre-booking and is subject to opening hours.
• Drinks and Bar Service times are shared in the Fact Sheet.

Transfer Conditions

• Private charter plane and boat transfers are available on request. Charges applicable.
• Domestic transfer is an estimated 55 minute wheelbase flight + estimated 15 minute boat ride. Boat rides
  might take longer depending on sea conditions.
• All above Domestic Travel is reliant on Shared Transfer Basis and is dependent on other guests
  International Flight arrivals and departures.
• International Flight times will be collected upon the Reservation stage and will be used to book Domestic
  Flight reservations closer to the date of arrival.
• All International Flight booking details should be shared with the Resort Reservations team no later than
  14 days prior to arrival to avoid any Domestic Travel arrangement limitations.
• Cancellation charges apply for Domestic transfers, for any cancellation 05 Days prior to arrival.
• All transfers are handled by a 3rd party and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• In the instance, that weather affects the safe operation of domestic transfers, an alternative transfer
  arrangement or cancellation may be required. The resort holds no responsibility for the impact of severe
  weather conditions.
• Baggage allowance: Each ticket (pax) is allowed 20 kg of check-in luggage and 5 kg of hand luggage (1 piece). Any excess baggage (pieces/weight) will be charged and is payable at the airport. Prices and weight
  restrictions are subject to change at the discretion of the Airline Company.
• The resort bears no responsibility on any lost or damaged luggage.
