• A-la-carte meal is served under meal plan are consist of one starter, one main course and one dessert unless buffet meals and otherwise stated on menus
• Meal plan commences with lunch service on the arrival day and finish with breakfast service on departure day

  non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for cash.
• Villa types are subject to stop sale based on availability
• The offer does NOT apply to any existing reservations, name changes or re-booking.
• The resort reserves the right to amend/stop the offer with 3 days’ written notice; all pre-paid bookings
  will remain as confirmed.
• Payments, Cancellation and other terms & conditions remain as per main contract.
• The flash sale promotion supersedes all current promotions in this 2-month booking period
