Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be sent to the Resort via email or fax. A reservation is considered as cancelled when the RESORT confirms it to the TOUR

OPERATOR

Any cancellation is subject to the following cancellation fees for accommodation:

- Low Season (01 May to 31 October): 100% within 15 days prior to arrival date

- High (11 Jan to 30 April & 01 Nov to 21 Dec): 100% within 21 days prior to arrival date

- Festive Season (22 Dec to 10 Jan): 100% within 60 days prior to arrival date.

- No-shows are subject to a payment of 100% of the total stay

Any cancellation is subject to the following cancellation fee for Maldivian Airline Domestic flight:

- Full cost of Domestic flight ticket will be applicable for any cancellation 5 days prior to departure

- Domestic flight amendment fee is $100 per ticket for any changes 5 days prior to departure

There will be no refund on early departure except in the case of emergency and it is subject to RESORT’s decision.
