          *Each Family Suite is equipped with 1 King bed and 2 children bed (sliding two-deck) 


            There is a $25 surcharge per room for stay dates on Saturdays, during Thai long weekends, and/or
            Thai public holidays.

            CHILDREN POLICY

          • Complimentary baby cot (subject to availability)
          • Every child must be mentioned upon reservations
          • Interconnecting rooms must be requested upon making reservations and is subject to availability
          • Guest is considered a “Child” if the age is under 12 (11:99). Age 12 and over is considered adult and will be charged adult rates.
          • Breakfast is complimentary for children age 0-3 years, children age 5-11 years’ breakfast to be charged children rate (50% of adult price)


            • OTHER TERMS

          • Room Availability – these rates are available on a space availability basis and at times may not be available.
          • All rooms are based upon Single/Double Occupancy and are inclusive of breakfast for one/two persons.
          • Maximum room occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children aged below 12 years or 3 adults.
          • One extra bed is allowed per room.
          • The 3rd person fee includes extra bed and breakfast for one person. The hotel will charge the 3rd person fee even though extra bed is not required by guests.
          • All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed at the designated areas only. Smoking fee is THB 2,000 and is the responsible of individual guests.
          • Accessible rooms are available upon request
          • Guest must check in with a voucher or confirmation slip unless advised by the Tour Operator in

            • writing.


            RESERVATION PROCEDURE

            Reservations will be held for the room categories confirmed and your vouchers must state the specified room categories. You will be billed the applicable rates for the confirmed categories.


            CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

            The standard check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00.

            For any bookings that require a late check-out up to 18:00, an additional charge of the rate applies.

            For any check-out after 18:00, a full night rate will apply. Both of these facilities are subject to availability based on the arrival patterns at the hotel on the day.

            Request for early check-in is subject to availability. For all reservations that require a guaranteed early check-in prior to 14:00, it is advisable that the room(s) one day prior be reserved at the applicable full night rate, unless specific prior arrangements have been made.


            EARLY DEPARTURE

            In the event guest who has reserved a room checks-out prior to the guest’s reserved check-out date, the hotel will charge the entire stay and no refunds will be given.


            NO SHOWS

            Any room reservations confirmed and guaranteed by the agent and not claimed upon the arrival day will be charged in full with no refunds.


            OVERBOOKING

            The hotel reserves the right to overbook, which may result in some guests being relocated. In this event, the hotel will secure, and the client agrees to accept, alternative accommodation of at least an equal standard but is not liable to pay compensation to the wholesaler or any individual hotel guests.
