Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival Delhi (No Meals)

Welcome on arrival at New Delhi Airport. After meet & assist services at the airport, transfer to Hotel. 

Overnight stay at hotel in Delhi

Day 02: Delhi / Jaipur (B/L/D)

Breakfast at the hotel

After breakfast, drive to Jaipur (Approx.256.Kms/4.5-5 hrs).Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel.

The city of victory, Jaipur presides over the fascinating desert state of Rajasthan and its people: 

surrounded by rugged hills, each crowned by a formidable fort; and beautiful palaces, mansions and 

gardens dotted throughout its precincts. The palaces and forts of yesteryear that were witness to royal 

processions and splendour are now living monuments, accepted quite naturally into the lifestyles of the 

people of the "pink city". There is a timeless quality to Jaipur's bazaars and its people. With its historical 

past, Jaipur revives legends of the ancient Rajputs.

Day 03: Jaipur (B/L/D)

Breakfast at the hotel

After breakfast you will visit Amber Fort (Up by and down by Jeeps) with a photo stop at the Hawa 

Mahal (Palace of Winds) - a five-storied wonder with a spectacular pyramidal facade and overhanging 

windows with latticed screens, domes and spires. Continue on drive to the ancient capital of Amer to see the fabulous Amber Fort, situated on a ridge just outside Jaipur city. Maharaja Mansingh, Mughal Emperor

Akbar’s most successful General, started the construction of Amber Fort in the 17th century. Before the City Palace was constructed in Jaipur, Amber was the seat of power. The fort is surrounded by fortified battlements and overlooks the Moat Lake. Ruins and remains are spread over the Aravalli hills and sprawling crenellated walls lattice the surrounding area.

Proceed for lunch at the hotel.

Continue to enjoy your tour of the Pink City, an “abode of rajahs”. The highlights of the tour include a visit to the City Palace Museum, which has a superb collection of Rajasthani costumes, and armory of Mughals and Rajputs including words of different shapes and sizes with chiseled handles. Many antiques and artifacts belonging to the ruling family are housed here, including a collection of weaponry. It also has an art gallery with an excellent collection of miniature paintings, carpets, royal paraphernalia and rare astronomical works in Arabic, Persian, Latin and Sanskrit.

Also visit Jantar Mantar - a collection of architectural astronomical instruments, built by Sawai Jai Singh who was a Rajput king. The title of (King) and Sawai was bestowed on him by Emperor Mohammad Shah. Jai Singh II of Amber built his new capital of Jaipur between 1727 and 1734. Late afternoon visit the bazaars. Jaipur is the perfect place to shop for Handicrafts, antiques, jewelry, gems, pottery, carpets, textiles, metal work and leather ware.

After sightseeing enjoy shopping in local market.

Day 04: Jaipur / Agra (B/L/D)

Post breakfast, you will be driven to Agra (235Kms/4.5-5 Hrs approx).On arrival, check-in at the hotel.

Post lunch sightseeing of Agra visiting Taj Mahal (Closed on Fridays)

Referred to as one of the wonders of the world, the Taj Mahal in Agra is the epitome of tourism in India and is celebrated for its architectural magnificence and aesthetic beauty. A symphony in white marble, a tribute to eternal love, it was built by the Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal. There are tombs of Mumtaz and Shahjahan within the mausoleum. Done in white marble, it took 22 years and over 20,000 workers and craftsmen to complete this rhapsody in stone (1630-52AD). The main structure is set amidst landscaped gardens. While on three sides it is surrounded by high walls, the rear is bound by the river Yamuna.

Also proceed for sightseeing tour of magnificent Agra Fort-built at the bank of Yamuna River, is situated in the center of the town. Various styles of the architecture are evident within the fort & demonstrate the love of Mughal Emperors towards building beautiful monuments.

Day 05: Agra - Delhi (B/L/D)

After breakfast drive to Delhi.

Upon arrival in Delhi, proceed for lunch at local restaurant–Chinese cuisine

Afternoon proceed for sightseeing tour to visit India Gate- at the centre of the city (42 meter, high stone arch) is a memorial raised in honour of the Indian soliders who fought & died in the campaign of world war-1 & Afghan war, Drive past the President House- built in 1929, once the Imperial residence of the British Viceroys and now official residence of the President of Indian Republic, Parliament House – this circular shaped building houses the two houses of Parliament.

Later proceed for some last minute shopping in local markets like Janpath market or Sarojini Nagar.

Chinese Dinner at local restaurant and transfer to airport to connect the flight back home
