Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival Delhi (No Meals)

Welcome on arrival at New Delhi Airport. After meet & assist services at the airport, transfer to the Hotel. 

Overnight at the hotel 

Day 02: Delhi / Srinagar (B/L/D)

Breakfast at hotel, later transfer to Delhi airport for flight to SXR. Met on arrival at Srinagar airport and transfer to Deluxe Houseboats (Nagin or Dal Lake as per availability). 

Lunch at the houseboat in Srinagar – Fixed Menu basis. 

Afternoon tour of Mughal Gardens in Srinagar which are Nishat Bagh (the garden of Pleasure) and Shalimar Bagh (abode of love). These gardens are situated on the banks of Dal Lake. Nishat Bagh is the larger of the two gardens and has an impressive plantation of Chinar trees on its highest terrace. Both the gardens are built on a symmetrical plan of central waterways with fountains dividing a series of gardened terraces.

Day 03: Srinagar / Gulmarg / Srinagar (B/L/D)  

Full day Excursion to Gulmarg 

Morning proceed for a picturesque drive to visit Gulmarg. Gulmarg (Meadow of Gold) - It was discovered as a tourist destination by the British in the 19th century. Prior to that, Mughal emperors vacationed in the Gulmarg valley which is about 03 kms long and up-to 01 km wide. It is exquisitely situated in a pine surrounded basin of the Pir Panjal range at an altitude of 2,730 meters above sea level and one of the most famous tourist destinations of Kashmir. It also has one of the world's highest green golf courses with 18 holes, as well as a clubhouse, which is a historical building in its own right. 

GONDOLA RIDE FOR 1st PHASE INCLUDED. 

For a fun-filled ride of a most unusual kind, Gulmarg's newly constructed gondola lift from high above Gulmarg, through pine-clad slopes is exhilarating. From Gulmarg a pony track leads upwards to Khilanmarg, Kangdori & seven springs, a couple of hours by pony longer on foot. 

Enjoy walks in the lush green meadows of flowers having snow-capped mountains at the back. Also go on a pony ride or a Gondola ride (rope way) to Khillanmarg at your own expense. 

Lunch at local restaurant in Gulmarg – Fixed Menu basis 

Late afternoon return to Srinagar Later enjoy Shikara ride. 

Dinner and overnight at Deluxe Houseboat in Srinagar 

Day 04: Srinagar / Pahalgam / Srinagar (B/L/D)  

Morning after breakfast we check-out as our home for next 02 days will be in a hotel in Srinagar. 

Your best of Kashmir Tour begins with a road transfer to Pahalgam at a distance of about 100 kms, 03 hours drive. On your way you will also visit the enchanting Saffron fields, Avantipura Ruins and Anantnag Sulpher Springs. 

OR DRIVE VIA THE ALTERNATE ROUTE VISTING THE APPLE ORCHARDS. 

On arrival at Pahalgam proceed for lunch at a local restaurant – Fixed Menu Basis. 

Afternoon, proceed to have bridle walks and feed your cameras with the picture of magnificent view of mountains. Spend the rest of the afternoon exploring the surroundings and go on leisure walks through the pine forests along Lidder River. 

OPTIONAL - One can enjoy Horse ride at Pahalgam or take Local Union vehicles to visit Aru Valley, Chandawadi or Betaab valley. (Cost for Pony ride & Union vehicles are not included) 

Around Pahalgam are many places of interest, and because the resort is set between fairly steep hills, it is worth hiring a pony rather than walking. The most beautiful of these is the huge, undulating meadow of Baisaran, surrounded by thickly wooded forests of pine. Hajan an idyllic spot for a picnic. 

You can visit Aru Valley at a distance of 15 Kms from Pahalgam. 

OR You can also visit Chandanwadi, snow point, at a distance of 14 kms or enjoy a pony ride. Late afternoon return to Pahalgam and at around 5 PM and drive to Srinagar (100 Kms, approx. 2.5-3 hour’s drive) 

Evening return to Srinagar. 

Dinner and overnight at Hotel in Srinagar 

Day 05: Srinagar / Sonmarg / Srinagar (B/L/D)

After breakfast another best of Kashmir Tour begins with a road transfer to Sonmarg at a distance of about 100 kms, 03 hours drive. 

On arrival at Sonmarg proceed for lunch at local restaurant 

Afternoon, proceed for sightseeing of Sonmarg (Horse / Pony on Direct payment basis) 

Evening return to Srinagar. 

Dinner and overnight at Hotel in Srinagar 

Day 06: Srinagar / Delhi By Flight & Delhi Departure - (B/L/D)  

After breakfast transfer to airport for flight to Delhi, Met on arrival in Delhi and proceed for some sightseeing of Delhi 

First we will drive pass the Bahai Temple (Lotus Temple)- a temple known for its flowerlike shape. Its a Bahai House of Worship and also a prominent attraction in Delhi. The temple has attracted more than 50 million visitors, making it one of the most visited buildings in the world. 

Lunch at local restaurant – Chinese cuisine 

Continue drive pass the India Gate, Parliament House, President's Palace and Secretariat buildings 

Afternoon free time for some last minute shopping 

Early Dinner at local restaurant – Chinese cuisine 

Evening transfer to international airport in time to board your flight for onward journey.

REMARKS: 

• The cost has been calculated on the existing tariffs/conditions and any change in cost or modification in tax structure will oblige to revise the same. 
• Hotels Check-in time is 12 or 2 PM / Check-out time is 12 PM.

• The above cost has been based on the base category of rooms at every hotel. In case of non-availability of the same, supplements as applicable for higher category of rooms will be extra.

• In case on any currency fluctuations or amendment in local Government taxes, or any fuel hike, we reserve the right to adjust the tour price accordingly. 
• All meals in Delhi will be at local restaurants as mentioned in the proposal. In case of meal in hotels of stay then supplement cost will be applicable. 
• No vehicle is allowed to visit Aru, Chandanwari & Beetab Valley in Pahalgam except local union taxies. 
• No Vehicle is allowed for local running at Gulmarg & Sonamarg, due to eco-friendly zone. 
• All passengers have to report 02 Hrs prior to the departure due to security checking at the airport. 
• No hand baggage will be allowed to carry inside the aircraft due to security reasons. Only Jewellery and laptops will be allowed for cabin baggage. 

Note: All of us are aware Gulmarg is one of finest Ski Resort in World and receives plenty of snow fall during winters which leads to road blockade/closure from Tangmarg to Gulmarg and road leading to Gulmarg become very slippery due to which vehicles Skid off the roads, As precautionary measures local Police / Army allows only chain blocked vehicles to ply from Tangmarg to Gulmarg and vice versa which guest will have to pay directly on Spot as it is not part of Our Given Cost

• Any special request such as (room next to each other, connecting rooms, room on the same floor, 1 king size / 1 double bed, floor covering of any description, early check in, non/ smoking room, etc.) is subject to availability on first come first serve basis upon your guest arrival at the hotel and it is totally discretionary and up to the hotel to assign. However we will request this for you as priority.
