Black Out Dates 

A surcharge of $112 per room per night will be charged on top of the company corporate rate during:

Fili Hotel shall inform your company thirty (30) days prior of any additional black-out periods when your rate may be suspended or surcharges may apply throughout the contract period. 

Terms And Conditions 

• All rates are quoted in SGD, and are inclusive to 10% service charge, 12% VAT, and 0.75% local tax. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. 
• Rates are valid until 30 June 2025. 
• Rooms are subject to availability; prior reservation is required. 
• Inclusions and discounts must be used within the dates of stay. 
• Rates are not valid in conjunction with other offers, discounts, and promotions. 
• Senior citizens and PWDs may either avail of this promotional discount or the standard discount from the regular published rate provided under the expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for persons with disability, whichever is higher. 
• All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or prepayment.

Check-in & Check-out Procedure 

a. The official check-in time is on or after 15:00 hours on the day of arrival. Check-out time is on or before 12:00 hours on the day of departure. 

b. Early check-in is subject to availability and if pre-booked, a charge of 50% of the confirmed rate will apply for check-in before 11:00 hours. The full night rate applies before the given time. 

c. Late check-out is subject to availability and if pre-booked, a charge of 50% of the confirmed rate will apply for check-out until 18:00 hours. The full night rate applies thereafter. 

Cancellation and No-Show Policy 

All confirmed bookings should be guaranteed and fully paid fourteen (14) days before the arrival. One (1) night room charge shall be imposed for cancellation seven (7) days before the guests’ scheduled arrival. All guaranteed reservations with no-show or cancelled on or before six (6) days before the guests’ arrival are subject to charge of full duration of stay. 

Early departures prior to the scheduled check-out date will be charged for the remaining unused nights. The hotel reserves the right to make changes in cut-off period as it may deem necessary. 

Child Policy 

Room stays - A maximum of two (2) children, 12 years old and below can stay for free and share the bed with adults. 

Breakfast - A maximum of two (2) children, ages 0 to 6 years old can avail of the complimentary breakfast; for children ages 7 to 12 years old, the breakfast rate is discounted at 50%. 

An extra person charge of $78 per night shall be imposed for the additional occupant, exceeding the maximum occupancy per room. The extra person rate shall be inclusive of a sofa bed and breakfast. 

Incidental Deposit 

Upon check-in, a deposit in the amount of $92/room/night shall be required. Guest/s are
required to present a valid credit card guarantee or provide a cash deposit. Full payment of any incidentals
incurred shall be settled upon check-out.
Actual charges will be charged through in the credit card. Remaining cash deposit, if any, will be refunded
to the guest upon check-out.
In the absence of cash deposit or credit card verification, guests may be put on cash basis status, provided
that all incidental charges shall be settled outright.
