Suggested Itinerary - (Sequence subject to change)

Day 1 - Fuzhou

Meet and transfer to hotel for rest.

Hotel: Fuzhou Meilun Hotel 4* or similar


Day 2 - Fuzhou (B/L)

Morning tour guide will pick you up from hotel and start today’s tour. First, we will visit Drum Hill and Yongquan Temple. Drum Hill (or Gu Mountain) is said to be named after a giant rock which resembles a big drum on top of the mountain. Located on the drum mountain, Yongquan Temple is a grand complex consisting of 25 halls in styles of Ming and Qing dynasties. In the afternoon, head to visit West Lake. With a long history of 1700 years, the west lake is the most well-preserved and intact classical garden in Fuzhou. Then move on to visit Three Lanes and Seven Alleys. it is celebrated as an architectural museum of Ming and Qing Dynasty buildings. Shangxiahang Historic District was first recorded at the beginning of the Western Han Dynasty. Since the end of Qing Dynasty, it has become the most prosperous commercial area of Fuzhou, known as the "Museum of Fuzhou Traditional Commerce". After the tour, transferred back to hotel and service ends.

Day 3 - Fuzhou-Quanzhou-Xiamen (B/L)

Quanzhou, once a great port city on the maritime silk road, is often compared with Xian for its importance in ancient trade and cultural richness. Get up in the morning, Kaiyuan Temple, one of China’s largest and most important Buddhist temple, and the nearby East & West Pagoda, said to be the best-preserved stone pagodas in China. Luoyang Bridge, Overseas Transportation History Museum, and Wulin Ancient Village. Go ahead to Xiamen.

Day 4 - Xiamen (B/L)

In the morning, we will take ferry to Gulanyu island, which is located just southwest of Xiamen city. Visitors can reach it by steamship from Xiamen City in about 5 minutes, Gulangyu lsland is renowned for its delicate natural beauty, its ancient relics, and its varied architecture, The island is on china's list of National scenic spots and also ranks at the top of the list of the ten most-scenic areas in Fullan Province, Huandao Road is a scenic coastal road in Xiamen, renowned for its beautiful views of the sea, beaches, and lush greenery. Along this road, you can enjoy unparalleled glimpses of the stunning coastline and expansive sea.

Day 5 - Xiamen (B/L)

This morning you will visit South Putuo Temple. It is now an imposing multi-layered trapezoidal structure that overlooks the sea. The Shrine of Buddhist Scriptures houses a huge collection of Buddhist cultural relics, including a Burmese jade carving of the Buddha and many important Buddhist texts. Then you will drive to imposing Huli Mountain Canon Platform (Huli Shan pao Tai). Originally built in the Qing dynasty (1644-1911) to fend off foreign imperialists, the platform boasts a huge nineteenth century heavy artillery piece produced by the German conglomerate Krupp, with a maximum range of 10,000 meters. the Eighth Market. Later, go visit Zhongshan Pedestrian Street enjoy the feeling of old Xiamen. Wanshi Botanical Garden in Xiamen.

Day 6 - Xiamen-Nanjing Tulou (B/L)

This morning, head to Nanjing Hakka Tulou from Xiamen City. You will enjoy a full day guided tour with us to witness the amazing Fujian Tulou (world Heritage), the masterpiece of traditional Chinese residential buildings built by the Hakka people. You will have fun exploring the Tianluokeng Tulou Cluster, Next, go to discover Yuchang Building that was built during 1308-1338. It is the present oldest Tulou and the largest and highest round Tulou with highest floor height in Nanjing region. Then, visit Taxia Village. With an “S” shaped stream floating across the entire village, two earthen buildings located just right on the two curves, and multiple big and small Tulou built along the banks, this village is reputed as a “Water Town of Taichi” with rich Tulou flavor.

Day 7 - Nanjing Tulou- Yongding -Zhangzhou (B/L)

Yongding Hakka Ancient Village has been listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO since 2008. Yongding Hakka Ancient Village locates in Hongkeng Tulou Culture Village. There are more than 40 distinct earthen buildings here, including the Kuiju Building, the Fuyu Building, the Zhencheng Building, the mini round Rusheng building. After lunch, we will go Zhangzhou, Visit Zhangzhou Ancient City. Would you like to take a deep look at the Minnan cultural relics and intangible cultural heritage, Zhangzhou Ancient City is the place you shouldn’t miss. It is an epitome of Zhangzhou millennium history and culture.

Day 8 - Zhangzhou-Xiamen (B/L)

In the morning, we will go visit Zhangzhou Confucius Temple, Daimei Traditional Village: surrounded by water on its four sides, this is the biggest ancient residential dwelling group in Fujian with over 200 traditional folk houses built in the Ming and Qing Dynasty. The houses are typical Minnan (south Fujian)-style houses, featuring one-story buildings, red tile leaning roofs and wooden windows and doors. Transfer back to Xiamen.

Day 9 Xiamen (B)

Transfer to Xiamen airport.
