Tour Itinerary: 

Day 1 - YOGYAKARTA – ARRIVAL (L | D) GLAMPONG - YOGYAKARTA

You will be met on arrival in Yogyakarta and commencing your holiday to experience the regions’ landmark.

Yogyakarta is indeed a city with numerous attractions to enjoy. Your today natural wonders will be started by exploring the Glampong Nature Studio, an open-air attraction featuring period-style buildings recreated for movie shoots & photo ops. It is an ideal spot for photo taking and selfie. Have fun and enjoy the time in Yogyakarta.

Early evening you are transferred to your accommodation for your next three nights stay.

Day 2 - YOGYAKARTA (B | L | D) CITY’S LANDMARK – ANCIENT VOLCANO NGLANGGERAN

Yogyakarta, together with its twin city Surakarta (Solo), is the cradle of civilization on Java. This city is one of the foremost cultural centres of Indonesia.

Today your travel concierge will take you to explore the city, from strolling through the living museum of The Keraton (Sultan’s Palace) and its Water Castle to a splurge shopping up at Malioboro road (if time permit) and to watching silversmiths produce amazing jewellery at Kotagede ancient village.

Later this afternoon journey south to Gunung Purba Nglanggeran, a mountain area that was lithologically formed by old volcanic material fragment. This place shaped like a giant rock mountain that stretches approximately 800 meters with a height up to 300 meters. Gunung Nglanggeran is an ancient volcano that used to be active on 60-70 million years ago. Within the areas is Embung Nglanggeran (Nglanggeran Pond). It is best to climb to this pond and cherish the view during sunrise or sunset.

Day 3 - YOGYAKARTA (B|L|D) MT. MERAPI JEEP THRILLING – BOROBUDUR TEMPLE

Yogyakarta is indeed a city with numerous attractions to enjoy.

This morning, a short journey takes you to Kaliadem village. Riding in off-road jeeps up dangerous slopes of Merapi on an off-road adventure of the devastated area covered by ash and lava in the last eruption. The rushing feeling of adrenaline will keep in as your Jeep zig-zags over the trail. Gets thrill on a bumpy lava road to the Merapi Bunker to enjoy the view of Merapi Mountain right before your very eyes. On your way down a visit will also be made at the Alien Stone, My Heritage Musem and the picturesque The Lost World Park for photo taking.

Journey continues south to Borobudur village in Magelang Region. The largest Buddhist sanctuary the world has ever seen, Borobudur, is an attraction you cannot miss. It is also known for its charm and beauty. It was built in the early eighth century and reflects religions, culture, architecture, and customs. Some key details to observe are the intricate and mesmerizing stone carvings and the gaze of the main structure.

Day 4 - YOGYAKARTA-DEPARTURE (B) HOTEL-AIRPORT DEPARTURE TRANSFER

The majority of your final day is free to relax. Your guide will take you on a private transfer to the airport in time of your international departing flight home.
