2. During peak period, accommodation may not be arranged in the city mentioned.

4. Driver doesn't stop for passenger’s personal request.
5. From Airport - Driver will wait for passenger 30 minutes after the flight actual arrival time with passenger (representative) name on signboard after customs clearance.
6. If passenger doesn’t show up within 90 minutes, reservation will be cancelled automatically. (100% cancellation charge is applied).
   
7. Please refrain from performing such action as exchange JR Railway Pass, retrieve mobile Wi-Fi device, purchase mobile SIM plan, or other time-consuming activities.
   
8. To Airport - Please be at hotel lobby 15 minutes prior to pick up time.
9. If passenger doesn’t show up on time, the reservation will be cancelled automatically. (100% cancellation charge is applied)

• Maximum drop off point is limited to 3 locations for each transportation service.
• Free luggage: 1 piece of luggage/person and hand carry items.
