TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Basic time usage for driver guide is max 10 hours per day. Additional charge (3,000yen/30mins) will incur if the time is exceeded and please pay on spot.
• All bus services must be terminated before 20:30.
• All bus service hours must be maintained within 10 hours / per day.
  
• Driving hours must be less than 10 hours / per day.
  
• Drivers must have at least 15 min. rest (or more) for every 2 hours driving.
  
• Total vehicle mileage must be less than 400 km / per day.
  
• Driver will not enter the facilities with client.
  
• Driver guide might not stay under the same hotel with guest.
  
• During peak period, accommodation may not be arranged in the city mentioned.
  
• Any amendment is subject to re-quotation.
  
• Sequence of program is subjected to change without prior notice. In event the sight-seeing spot is closed without prior notice, alternatives may be discussed with guide.
