ITINERARY

Day 1 – Istanbul – Bolu (Lunch, Dinner) 
Meet and greet at Istanbul airport. Head to a local restaurant for lunch before we set off on a sightseeing trip to a majestic monument, Ataturk Mausoleum. 
Hotel: Koru Hotel 5* 

Day 2 – Bolu – Ankara – Cappadocia (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) 
After breakfast at hotel, start your journey to Cappadocia. Take a photo stop at Lake Tuz, the second largest lake in Türkiye that is also well known for its high concentration of salt and minerals. Continue to Kaymakli Underground City, once a hiding place for early Christians escaping Arabic persecutors. Lastly, visit a Jewellery Centre where you can admire the handcrafted natural stones. When night falls, adjourn to a local restaurant for a captivating belly dance and folklore show with unlimited snacks and drinks.

Day 3 – Cappadocia (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) 
You may consider a famous Turkish experience – a Hot Air Balloon ride over the most extraordinary landscapes, or a Jeep Safari tour at your own expense (subject to weather conditions). Explore Cappadocia's wonders, including Pigeon Valley and Uchisar Castle. Discover the Göreme Open Air Museum, with its cave churches and biblical frescoes. Indulge in a delightful break with a Turkish ice cream between your visit to Esentepe, and enjoy some pottery kebab, a local specialty, for lunch at a restaurant overlooking the valley. Visit a Turkish Carpet showroom before leaving Cappadocia. Overnight in Cappadocia.

Day 4 – Cappadocia - Konya - Pammukale (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) 
After breakfast, en route, stop at an old caravanserai dating from the 13th century before arriving in Konya to visit the Mevlana Museum. Here you will learn about the sect of the whirling dervishes. Then proceed to Pamukkale, where you will end your day with a relaxing soak in a hot thermal pool. Overnight in Pammukale.

Day 5 – Pammukale - Selcuk - Kusadasi (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) 
Start off with today’s highlight – a trip to Ruins of Hierapolis, the iconic White Travertine Terraces, and enjoy a dip in the mineral-rich hot springs. After which leave for Ephesus, the best-preserved ancient city of Asia Minor. Admire the impressive ruins of the Library of Celsus and the famous Temple of Hadrian. Then visit the House of Virgin Mary, a place believed to be where Virgin Mary spent the last years of her life. Shop at Turkish Delight & Apple Tea outlet before the coastal town on Turkiye’s Aegean coast. Overnight in Kusadasi.

Day 6 – Kusadasi – Bergama – Troy Horse – Canakkale (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) 
After breakfast, begin with a visit to a Turkish Leather showroom. Then travel to the ancient city of Pergamon to see the impressive Acropolis, which dramatically sits on a hill to the northeast of the town. Take a cable car up the hill and relish the sights of impressive temples, the library, theatre, and arsenals. Next, photo-stop to see the Trojan horse, a huge hollow wooden horse constructed by the Greeks to gain entrance into Troy during the Trojan War. Thereafter, enjoy a leisurely drive along the coast to Canakkale. Overnight in Canakkale.

Day 7 – Canakkale - Istanbul (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) 
After breakfast, depart Canakkale for Istanbul via the 1915 Canakkale Bridge, the world’s longest suspension bridge, stretching 2,023 metres. Upon arrival in Istanbul, make a photo stop at the majestic Hagia Sophia, a stunning symbol of architectural and religious heritage. Then, admire the exterior of the iconic Blue Mosque before heading to the Grand Bazaar, the world’s largest covered market, where you can bargain for treasures among over 4,000 shops offering jewellery, pottery, spices, carpets, and leather goods. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 8 – Istanbul (Breakfast)
After breakfast, view the remaining structures of the Hippodrome of Constantinople, which consists of three monumental columns and a historic fountain. You may consider taking up an optional excursion to the Egyptian Spice Bazaar and a cruise along the Bosphorus at your own expense. Transfer to the airport for your homebound flight. 

*Book an overnight international flight back to Singapore to fully utilize the land package.
