      Room Rate Conditions
      • Rates are per villa, per night, on the Generous Premium All-Inclusive Plan.
      • Rates are inclusive of service charge and applicable government taxes. These may change without prior notice due to government policy.
      • Green Tax per person for 3 nights and transfers are included in rates.
      • Any extra guests will be charged according to supplements using maximum occupancy of room type.
      • Rates apply to individual bookings up to 5 rooms. Bookings of 6 rooms or more are treated as groups.

      Generous Premium All-Inclusive Plan Conditions

      • Certain menu items may have surcharges.

      • Food & Beverage is only valid for in-restaurant or bar consumption. Takeaway orders are chargeable.

      • Entitlements are non-transferable to other guests.

      • Plan is valid from 2:00 PM on arrival day to 12:00 PM on departure day.

      • Menu timings and bar hours may change without notice.

      • Adult (12+ years): $3,568

      • Child (6–11.99) with extra bed: $2,588

      • Child (6–11.99) without extra bed: $1,718

      • Child (0–5.99): Free of Charge (Green Tax of $30 for 3 nights applies)

        • If extra bed needed: $170 per stay

        • Baby cot: Complimentary upon request

      Note: Availability of extra beds and cots must be confirmed at the reservation stage. Children in pool/overwater villas require a signed disclaimer from parents.


      Transfer Details

      • Transfers are shared basis unless a private charter is requested (additional charges apply).

      • Transfer route: 55-minute domestic flight + 15-minute speedboat.

      • Infants (0–1.99 years) on lap: Free of charge

      • Baggage allowance: 20kg checked + 5kg hand luggage

      • Flight details must be shared 14 days prior to arrival

      • Delays due to weather may result in alternative transfer methods.


      Festive Period (24 Dec 2025 – 05 Jan 2026)

      • Minimum stay: 5 nights

      • No check-out on 31 December

      • New Year Supplement (Per Person):

        • Child (6–11.99): $680

        • Child (0–5.99): Free


      Festive Booking Policy:

      • 100% deposit required 60 days prior to arrival

      • 100% cancellation fee if cancelled within 60 days or in case of no-show
