    Term and Conditions  

    • Rates are inclusive of applicable service charges & government tax.  

    • Up to 2 children under the age of 12 years (till 11.99) at check-in time can eat for free from the kids' menu when dining with parents as per the meal plan booked by the parents. In addition, 3rd child will be subject to a 50% discount on the above meal plan supplement and be entitled to the kids' menu.  

    • Room Service or In-Villa Dining is not covered in any meal plan and is chargeable for all guests, including children and infants.  

    • Snorkelling gear is free of charge for all guests regardless meal plan.  

    • One meal plan must be selected per stay. All guests in one villa must be on the same meal plan.  

    • A-la-carte meal is served under meal plan are consist of one starter, one main course and one dessert unless buffet meals and otherwise stated on menus.  

    • Meal plan commences with lunch service on the arrival day and finish with breakfast service on departure day.  

    • Breakfast time 07:00 - 10:30  

    • Lunch time 12:00 - 15:00  

    • Dinner Time 19:00 - 22:00  


    Children Free Stay Policy:  

    • A maximum of 2 children under 12 years (till 11.99) stay for free when sharing the same bedroom with their parents or 2 adults. Up to two (2) extra beds are provided on a complimentary basis with the following bed set-up:  

    • 1BR Beach Categories: 1 Single Bed for 1st child + Sofa Bed converted into night bed for 2nd child.  

    • 1BR Water Villa with Pool: 1 Single Bed for 1st child + Normal Sofa for 2nd child  

    • 1BR Ocean Villa with Pool: 2 Single Beds for 2 children under 12 years (till 11.99)  

    • Up to 2 children under the age of 12 years (till 11.99) at the time of check-in, eat for free from kid’s menu when dining with parents as per the meal plan booked by the parents.  

    • 3rd child onwards will be subject to 50% discount on contracted extra person and meal plan supplements and entitled to kid’s menu.

    • Green Tax $ 6 per child per night is charged extra on top of package rates, baby cot is free of charge for infants under 2 years (till 01.99)

    • The rate is in US Dollars (US$) Including 10% service charge and inclusive of 16% GST (Goods & Services Tax). Government taxes are subject to change by the Government of Maldives with or without prior notice, your company will bear all tax increments, should there be any amendments and collect it from the business partners or guests.   

    • Same rate will be applicable for Single and double occupancy.  

    • Split Stay Policy: The resort can swap stay patterns based on availability and operational priorities. E.g.: If a guest books Beach Villa and Water Villa during the stay, the resort can decide which room category to provide for the first stay period.   

    • Transfers will be arranged as per available operational flights by the 3rd party airline service providers for the travel period. Resort only assists with the seat booking and does not have any control on the schedule/timings.  

    • Complimentary Recreation / Wellness Activities are subject to weather conditions. These benefits are non-transferrable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for cash.  

    • 20% Discount on Borderless Dining applicable for paid HB / FB / Pure Indulgence AI meal plan bookings (not valid for Bed & Breakfast plan). Can be booked at the time of room reservation or during the stay but cannot go in conjunction with F&B in-house special promotions. Discount not valid on special beach set-up arrangements as well as Island ‘Sea’nema and Sand Bank bookings. Requests  are subject to weather conditions and space availability.   

    • Special F&B promotions and themed buffet dinners are not included and will be subject to supplementary charges.  

    • Recreational and Wellness Activity Programs, Timings and Venues change monthly.  

    • The offer does NOT apply to any existing reservations, name changes or re-booking. The resort reserves the right to amend/stop the offer with 3 days written notice, all pre-paid bookings will remain as confirmed.
