Detailed Itinerary:

Day 1: Welcome to Stockholm

• Arrival to Stockholm by flight 
• Private transfer from the Stockholm Arlanda Airport to hotel by sedan without assistant  
• Lunch and dinner under own arrangements 
• Overnight at Clarion Amaranten Hotel or similar in Stockholm 

Day 2: Stockholm Christmas Markets

• Breakfast at hotel 
• 10:00-13:00 Private Stockholm Christmas Market Walking tour with English Speaking local guide  (3 hours)  

Meet your private local guide at your hotel reception in Stockholm. Start your tour at the most popular and longest-running Christmas Market in Stockholm, the one at Stortorget (Gamla Stan). This is the country’s oldest and most famous Christmas market, ongoing since 1837.  At this cosy market, you will find over 40 stalls selling delicious treats, gifts and perfectly warming glögg, all in one of the most magical settings that Stockholm has to offer. Moving through wooden stalls of red timber filled with artisans and vendors selling decorations, Christmas gnomes, glass ornaments, handmade preservatives and jams, smoked meats, spices, cheeses, ginger cookies, and glögg, it’s difficult not to get into a festive mood.   The guide will show you the most famous handmade products. While you can find some nice souvenirs at the stalls, to take home to decorate your house with or to use as Christmas gifts, you can also taste some traditional food. The tour ends in the old town or at your hotel.

Day 3: Stockholm by Water and Taste

• Breakfast at hotel 
• Morning at leisure   
• Optional tour: 11:00 Under the Bridges regular boat tour (2 hours 15 minutes)  

This is the perfect boat sightseeing tour if you want to see Stockholm at its most beautiful: from the water! Step aboard and let us guide you to the most famous parts of the city. We travel under twelve bridges and even pass through the lock that connects the Baltic Sea to Lake Mälaren. 

• 14:00-18:00 Regular/ Shared tour: The Nordic Food Walk (4 hours)  

The Nordic Food Walk takes you on an adventurous journey into the tastes, flavours, delights and historical significance of the Swedish cuisine!

Day 4: Farewell to Stockholm

• Check out from hotel
