Day 01 : SIN -SEMARANG ( D )

On arrival in Semarang Airport, you are met and directly transferred to your accommodation in city center for the next 3nights. 

Semarang is the capital and largest city of Central Java province. It was a major port during the Dutch colonial era, and is still an important regional center and port today.

Soon after settling your accommodation, you will have your own me time in Semarang. Takes this opportunity to explore the surrounding shopping mall on your own.

Early evening, you will be met and take you north to Kampung Laut for a local seafood & classic Indonesian cuisine dinner served in airy digs with music & water views.

Day 02 : SEMARANG  (B,L,D)

AMBARAWA ANCIENT TRAIN MUSEUM

DUSUN SEMILIR – AMBARAWA (TRAIN EXPERIENCE)

Approx. an hour south of Semarang city is the Ambarawa town. During colonial times, Ambarawa was an important railway hub connecting through regions in Java. Today, the city is home to the heritage station and vintage train museum, the Indonesia Railways Musuem. The museum preserves around 21 steam locomotives and focusing on tourism train tour hauled by 3 operational steam engines (both are rack locomotives and a 4-4-0 two cylinder compound steam engine) and a hydraulic diesel engine, using the remains of the closing of the 3 ft 6 in (1,067 mm) railway line. A chance to experience ride on this vintage train on 30minutes journey to nearby village (only if vintage train operated on the day). Journey continued as you visit Gedong Songo Temple, a group of Hindu temples located near Bandungan. It is variously dated between the 8th and 9th-century, scattered on the slope of Ungaran mountain. Here you can enjoy the beautiful mountain view and opt. for horseback riding simultaneously.

Visits the Ayanaz Recreational Park, it is a suitable place to relax and take photos on its Instagramable spots, including bubble tents, hot air balloons, seats in the middle of the pool, and hammocks. Nevertheless, it's optional for you to stop by. On your way back to Semaring, stop made at Dusun Semilir Echo Park. The ideal and photogenic instagrammable spot for phot taking and selfioe featuring the Europe Fields, Water Forest and the Touching Bridge.

D 03 : : SEMARANG  (B,L,D)  ( CITY TOUR)

Semarang is a colonial city par exellence.  Established in 17th century, Kota Lama Semarang is a best preserved colonial city with remarkable testimony of important historical phases of human civilization - in economic, political and social - in the South East Asia and the World. Although it is today a sprawling metropolis of 1.2 million inhabitants, it’s old centre retains a group of buildings  with various architectural styles coming from medieval, baroque and modern style.  It’s unique urban landscape shows a development of a fortified city which is growing in to an international and cosmopolitan port city in it’s age.  Therefore it is worth to preserve Kota Lama Semarang, especilly from today’s thread: extensive flooding and land subsidence. Your guide will take you explore “Kota Lama” (Old Town), the Dutch heritage site featuring all sorts of iconic structures, including the Blendug Church, and the colonial Lawang Sewu, which was the headquarters of the Dutch East Indies Railway Company, one of the most popular destination in semarang. As a result of its large ethnically Chinese population, the city boasts several Chinese temples. These include Sam Po Kong (Kedung Batu) Temple, built in honor of the Chinese Great Admiral Zheng He who visited the area in 1405, and Tay Kak Sie Temple. Within the city, you will visit the Grand Mosque of Central Java with its beautiful architecture design, the mosque style is a mix of Javanese, Arabic, and Greek. In the east part of the city stands the Pagoda Avalokitesvara, a popular Buddhist site featuring a landmark, 45-m. pagoda with 7 intricately carved tiers.

Shoppers may like to explore  Pemuda Street, one of the city's major shopping streets.
