Itinerary : 

Day 1: Arrival-Siem Reap (/L/D)

Arrive at Siem Reap International Airport. On arrival your local English speaking guide will meet you for the transfer to check in your hotel. Today, we visit how the locals produce Grolan (sticky rice stuffed in bamboo). Gralan consist of sticky rice cooked in coconut milk black eyed peas or bean stuffed in bamboo. After having lunch at local restaurant, we visit to the Floating Village of Chong Khneas. Chong Khneas is the name of famous floating village at the edge of the lake. It locates at Southern part of Siem Reap town about 15 Km, and takes only 30 minutes by vehicles to the boat dock where there are always boats waiting for visitors. You will explore the different of Khmer, Muslim and Vietnamese floating households and the floating markets, fisheries, clinics, schools, basketball course, pigsty and other boatloads of tourists and the Senteurs d’Angkor. Senteurs d’Angkor has created a complete range for those who want to bring home souvenirs carefully prepared from the raw material until the packaging. Next, we visit the Old Market (Phsar Chas) to see Cambodia life food, Cambodia souvenirs, walking around to see and buy some Khmer souvenir bring back home for family gifts or friend gifts and the Pup Street until we have dinner with Apsara Dance Show at local restaurant and overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 2: Siem Reap (B/L/D)

After having breakfast at hotel, we proceed to Angkor Thom Area to visit the (Angkor Thom Temple South Gate, Bayon Temple, Baphuon Temple, Phimean Akas Temple, Elephants Terrace & Leper King Terrace, Royal Palace, Woman and Man Pond).  Proceed to visit Ta-Prom Temple.  After having lunch at local restaurant, we continue our journey to Angkor Wat Temple – one of the seven greatest architectural wonders of the world, built in between the 9th – 13th century till its beautiful sunset. We’ll have dinner at local restaurant and overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 3: Siem Reap (B/L/D)

After have breakfast at hotel, we drive to Kbal Spean, which is located 50 km from Siem Reap. It takes about 1h to reach the site and you will spend a moderately easy 45-minute Uphill walk through the woods. Kbal Spean means literally “the head of the river”. This is one of the rivers of 1000 lingas made up of unique Lingas stands chiseled into the riverbed of the Siem Reap River. It was believed  that the lingas spiritually fertilized the waters that fed the Eastern Baray and irrigated the rice fields. After having lunch at a local restaurant, we turn back to visit Banteay Srei. This is the fabled pink temple of women, so called because it is made of pink sandstone and considered a tribute to the beauty of women. Its small size, delicate carvings and remarkable state of preservation make Banteay Srei one of everyone’s favorite temples. It’s Apsara and male and female divinities represent the most skilled crafts-manship of sand stone carvings and on the way, we’ll make a stop to see how locals produce Palm Sugar and Toddy Palm Cake until have dinner at local restaurant and overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 4: Siem Reap-Phnom Penh (B/L/D)

After having breakfast at hotel, we’ll board a public coach to Phnom Penh (Approximately5-6hours). On arrival, our guide will pick you up and transfer to have your lunch before check in your hotel. Afternoon, we visit the Wat Phnom is on the only ‘hill’ in town. According to legend, the first pagoda on this site was erected in 1373 to house four statues of Buddha deposited here by the waters of the Mekong River and discovered by Penh, the former King Norodom Sihanouk statue, the Independence Monument or Vimean Ekareach – as it is referred to in Khmer, is a majestic structure that dominates Phnom Penh city centre. Independence Monument was primarily erected to mark the liberation of the country from the French who ruled Cambodia for almost a century from 1863 to 1953 and the Cambodia-Vietnam Friendship Monument. It was built in the late 1970's to commemorate the cordial relationship between Cambodia and Vietnam until dinner at local restaurant and overnight in Phnom Penh 

Day 5: Phnom Penh (B/L/D)

After having breakfast at hotel, we visit to the Royal Palace, built by King Norodom in 1866 on the site of the old town, and the Silver Pagoda. Located within the grounds of the Royal Palace, the Silver Pagoda is so named because of its floor, which is made up of 5000 silver tiles and the Central Market (Phsar Thmei) in Phnom Penh is one of those busy bazaars that are always filled with effervescent crowd from one end to the other. The Central Market (Phsar Thmei) of Phnom Penh stocks everything right from food items to clothes, silverworks and jewelries. After having lunch at local restaurant, we continue our visit to the Notorious Tuol Sleng Museum, In 1975 Tuol Svay Prey High School was taken over by Pol Pot's security forces and turned into a prison known as Security Prison 21 (S-21) and the Killing Fields are a number of sites in Cambodia where collectively more than a million people were killed and buried by the communist Khmer Rouge regime, during its rule of the country from 1975 to 1979, immediately after the end of the Cambodian Civil War (1970–1975) until we have dinner at local restaurant and overnight in Phnom Penh. 

 Day 6: Phnom Penh-Departure (B//)

After having breakfast at hotel, it’s free on your own leisure until transfer to Phnom Penh International Airport for your departure (driver only). Hope that you enjoy your holiday with EU Holidays.
