It is the guest’s responsibility to book the pre-cruise testing appointment so that you have ample time to arrive at your selected check-in time. If the name on your result doesn’t match your travel documents, bring a bridging document that proves it’s you.
  • Prior to Disembarking: Depending on your country of origin, you may also require testing before returning home. The scheduling and cost of this test will be the guest's responsibility.

  • Due to COVID-19, rest assured that relevant measures are taken during onboard the cruise for your health and safety
  • With the latest development of community COVID-19 cases reported in Singapore and in accordance with the prevailing guidelines of the local authorities, kindly note the following regulations: (1) Up to 5 vaccinated people from different households can dine out. (2) Individuals who are medically ineligible for all COVID-19 vaccines under the National Vaccination Program (NVP) will be able to enter all premises or participate in activities where VDS are required. Please present your standard hard copy memo along with a government-issued photo identification card to be exempted from VDS. (3) For Quantum sails, please register for the Rapid Antigen Test (ART) to be taken on boarding day. You will receive the registration via your email address input upon booking
  • All guests above 12 years of age (13 years & older) will need to present proof of full vaccination at the terminal in order to sail. Full vaccination requires that guests have all doses of their COVID-19 vaccine completed no less than 14 days prior to sailing.
  • In line with the latest Singapore Regulations, Royal Caribbean will be aligned and the guest will be denied boarding due to High Risk Warning (HRW), High Risk Alert (HRA), and Leave Of Absence (LOA). Guest will have to self-declare if they are issued HRW, HRA, or LOA during the Health Questionnaire. In the event, if the guest fail to report to Royal Caribbean, the guest will be dealt with by the Singapore Government failing to self-isolate at their own residence.
  • With effect from December 02, 2021, air travelers on the Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL-Air), will have to complete a Post Arrival ARTs (7 days) before guest will be able to cruise. Please find the details via the https://safetravel.ica.gov.sg/vtl/travel-checklist

Booking Restriction:

  • Each stateroom must have at least one passenger who is age 18+, for more information on Royal Caribbean’s International Age Policy
  • Singapore citizens and Permanent Residents (PR), Foreign residents, valid long term pass holders such as work permit holders, employment pass holders, dependant pass (DP) holders, student pass holders, long-term pass holders are allowed to sail
  • Long term pass holder must present their Student Pass, Dependent Pass, Long Term Visit Pass or Work Permit/Employment Pass together with their passport for check-in
  • Short term visit pass (STVP) holders are not allowed for the cruise to nowhere (CTNW) according to prevailing policy
  • Guests who were not eligible for the cruise are PR with an expired re-entry permit, canceled DP holders, canceled work pass holders (who are on special passes which are considered short-term passes), and expired long-term pass holders
  • Guests who are eligible for vaccination (currently 12+ in Singapore) must be fully vaccinated by their sail date (14 days post 2nd shot)

Additional Information

  • Please read through and acknowledge Covid-19 TermsCovid-19 Privacy Policy & Health Acknowledgement before booking.
  • Safe vacations start with prevention. Every guest and crew member will be required to test negative for SARS-CoV-2 (coronavirus) prior to boarding
  • A physician's "Fit to Travel" note is no longer required prior to sailing, stating how far along (in weeks) your pregnancy will be at the beginning of the cruise and confirming that you are in good health and not experiencing a high-risk pregnancy
  • Smoking is only permitted at designated open deck areas and Stateroom/Suite balconies
  • Guests must be at least age 18 to be served alcohol, enter the Casino or play any monetary-based games of chance
  • An Onboard Expense Account, also known as your SeaPass onboard account, is the cashless system used for all onboard purchases and services. Depending on your ship, SeaPass cards are handed out at the pier or will be in your stateroom waiting for you

Infant Policy

  • Any cruise that has 3 or more consecutive days at sea will require infants to be 12 months old on the first day of the cruise

Pregnant Policy

  • Royal Caribbean International cannot accept guests who will be more than 23 weeks pregnant at any time during the cruise
