TOUR ITINERARY

Day 1: Friday

After being greeted by your Guide, it's time to leave the city behind and prepare for three days of bliss and adventure on your yoga retreat from Perth. Pop into the quirky Crooked Carrot Café and Farm in Myalup for morning tea with a twist. It won't be long until we arrive in paradise at Meelup Beach. Take a walk along Cape Naturaliste and cool down with a swim before a beachside picnic of fresh local produce.

Next, it's time for the first yoga experience of the tour. Meet legendary local yogi and founder of the South West Yoga Fest, Heather Starr, for a yoga session on the beach. Surrounded by nature, sun and salt, what could be more blissful?

Indulge with a decadent chocolate chip cookie at Gabriel's Chocolate, where they transform the humble raw cacao bean into delicate goodness. Then, take a short drive to Fair Harvest, where our bell glamping tents await. Located in the quiet natural surroundings of a permaculture farm, this unique property features food gardens, a farm cafe, a yoga barn, solar hot water showers and eco-friendly composting toilets.

Tonight, meet Fair Harvest owner Jodie to learn about the principles of permaculture and enjoy a delicious garden to plate meal. Get to know your fellow travellers before settling into your bell tent for the night.

Day 2: Saturday

Start the day with a nutritious breakfast before visiting the eclectic Margaret River Farmers Markets. While your Guide collects fresh local produce for later, you'll have time to wander the stalls, meet the growers, and perhaps purchase some goodies to take home. Then it's time to be nurtured through nature and immerse yourself into the boundless beauty of the Cape to Cape Track on a half-day hiking experience led by local holistic healer Dan. Recentre through mindfulness, ritual and ceremony as you're guided through a unique Shamanic light meditation.

After a beach picnic and swim, return to Fair Harvest for some free time to relax. Later, stretch with a gentle yin yoga session in the barn and a relaxing dinner of regional produce, prepared by your Guide.

Day 3: Sunday

This morning, balance yourself during a yoga and sound meditation experience. Sound healing has ancient roots in cultures worldwide, including Aboriginal tribes who have used the didgeridoo as a sound healing instrument for over 40,000 years. Of course, a visit to Margaret River wouldn't be complete without a visit to a vineyard. So after we pack up camp, head to a biodynamic winery for a tasting and to learn why this natural way of wine production is becoming so popular.

Next, we'll head to the gorgeous Meelup Farmhouse, located in a truly magical pocket of Eagle Bay to enjoy our last meal together.

This afternoon, we meander back to Perth after a stop off at Origin Markets in Busselton. This unique space showcases around 70 Western Australian creatives, makers and growers and allows you to pick up any local produce or gifts to take home.

Soul cup overflowing, we'll arrive back in Perth around 5 pm, where you will farewell your new friends at our central drop-off location.
